I am a thirty-something (easier to remember than the exact number) and I am a new-ish mom! My husband, James and I have a beautiful son named Wesley who just celebrated his first birthday. I am amazed at how quickly this year has gone!!
I decided to start writing this blog a few months ago because I realized that, in navigating this new stay-at-home lifestyle, I forgot to do things for myself. I take care of others really well (and happily!) but I had let so many of my passions take a backseat to the needs of my family. This blog has helped me stay connected to my creativity and my love for food, and in turn, has made me a happier mom and wife.
